The following terms and conditions govern
your use of this site and the purchase of products by you through this site. By
using this site, placing an order with us, you are indicating your acceptance of
the following terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions"). We reserve the
right to make changes to this site and these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Order
Acceptance Policy
Payment may be made by Paypal, credit/debit
card, money order, check, or cash (USD only). Customers using online payment
will receive an e-mail confirmation of their order from Paypal when payment is
received, and another when the shipping label is created. Customers opting to
mail in payment do so at their own risk and are encouraged to conceal payment
well. Mail in orders are usually shipped the same week they are received;
customers will be emailed when the order is filled. For credit card payments,
such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the
credit card and we shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution
refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason. If a Paypal claim is
filed against us claiming 'Unauthorized Use' of the account, that account will
be banned from future orders, for your protection and ours.
Product
Availability
While all products listed are available, some
items may occasionally not be available for immediate delivery, usually due to
our supplier being backordered. You will be notified if your order will take
longer than 14 days to ship. We reserve the right, without liability or prior
notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products
or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation,
we will contact you regarding a replacement or refund.
Shipping and
Delivery
Standard shipment is done using U.S.P.S first class shipping from California, USA. U.S.P.S estimates domestic
first class delivery at 2-5 days. For international first class shipping U.S.P.S
says delivery times may vary. In our experience, most packages arrive within 2
weeks, though it is not unusual for delivery to take up to 8 weeks. All
international packages are required to have a customs form attached, but these
are not scanned for tracking for first class shipments, only to verify receipt at the post office it was
shipped from. Tracking is not available for international orders unless Priority
shipping is chosen and paid for. Priority Flat
Rate international shipping is an option at checkout for international customers
for an additional shipping fee of $15 for orders up to $150. U.S.P.S estimates Priority International
delivery at 6-10 days, though it may still take as long as 8 weeks. If an order
has not been received 8 weeks after shipment, it is eligible for reshipment at
our discretion. Orders shipped to Malaysia and the Philippines are not eligible
for reshipment if Priority shipping is not used, as the postal services there
have proven unreliable with first class shipping. It is your responsibility as a
customer to ensure that your shipping address is correct. Orders shipped to
incorrect shipping addresses (as provided by the customer through Paypal) will
only be eligible for reshipment to a new address once the misdirected shipment
has been returned to us by U.S.P.S. Orders shipped to invalid addresses that are
not returned to us are not eligible for reshipment. If the shipping
address provided to us on your order by Paypal is correct and the order has not
arrived 8 weeks after the ship date, we will reship the order. If reshipment is
denied by the customer and/or a refund given by Paypal or Cubesmith for an order
eligible for reshipment, we will require that future orders placed on that
account be shipped via priority mail so that they are able to be tracked.
If anything is wrong
with or missing from your order, please notify us within 14 days of receiving
your order.
Return Policy
Due to the consumable nature of our products,
all items are final sale. Please be sure your order is correct before submitting
payment. If you need to make a change to your order before it has shipped,
