Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Costs
Shipping is $1.50 for orders totaling less than $3.00; these orders will ship in a plain white envelope.
Shipping is $3.00 for orders totaling $3.01 - $19.99; these orders will ship in a bubble mailer
Shipping is free for orders totaling $20 or more; these orders will ship in a bubble mailer.

International Shipping Costs
Shipping is $1.50 for orders totaling less than $3.00; these orders will ship in a plain white envelope.
Shipping is $5.00 for orders totaling $3.01 - $24.99; these orders will ship in a bubble mailer
Shipping is free for orders totaling $25 or more; these orders will ship in a bubble mailer.

We are a small company and create all of our products in-house, so we ask that you please allow up to 14 days for your order to be filled. Orders are filled in the order that they are received.
Orders shipping within the US are shipped from our shop daily. Most domestic orders are shipped using first class mail and should arrive within 2-5 days of being shipped. If your order totals more than $3 it will be shipped in a small bubble mailer and you will receive an automated email from Paypal with a tracking number; if your order totals $3 or less it will be shipped in a business sized white envelope and tracking is not provided, though you will receive an email from us notifying you of the shipping date.  If you have not received shipping notification 14 days after your payment was completed, please email us with your transaction or receipt ID number and we will look into it. If your USPS tracking information has not updated 7 days after the order was scheduled to ship, please email us with your transaction or receipt ID number and we will look into it.

Orders shipping outside of the US are shipped from our shop daily. Most international orders are shipped using first class mail. If you have not received shipping notification 14 days after your payment was completed, please email us with your transaction or receipt ID number and we will look into it. If your order totals $3 or less it will be shipped in a business sized white envelope and tracking is not provided, though you will receive an email from us notifying you of the shipping date. If your order totals more than $3 it will be shipped in a small bubble mailer and you will receive an automated email from Paypal with a customs form number. USPS now requires that all international shipments over 1 ounce have a customs form attached to identify the contents of the package. Customs forms are not scanned for tracking once international packages leave the US (the last scan is usually in Los Angeles); they are not scanned by international postal services and you will be unable to track the shipment once it leaves the US, with the exception of Express Shipping, which is trackable via www.usps.com. Any customs or import charges incurred are the responsibility of the buyer. Most international orders arrive within 14 days of shipment, but because international delivery times vary, we ask that you please allow up to 8 weeks from the shipping date for delivery. If you have not received your order 8 weeks after it shipped, please email us with your transaction or receipt ID number and we will look into it.
*IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTICE*
*Orders to the Philippines and Malaysia* are no longer guaranteed unless Priority or Express shipping is used (as of 7/29/2008). This means if you select standard shipping to one of these countries and your order does not arrive, you will not be offered a refund or have your order reshipped. We apologize for the inconvenience, but the postal service in these countries is too unreliable and too many packages are never arriving. If the problem persists, we will be forced to discontinue shipping to these countries. *Other countries may be added if they are determined to have unreliable postal delivery.  Tracking numbers are not available for international orders. On Priority packages, customs forms are used, but tend not to be utilized by the postal service as a means of tracking. Express mail packages are trackable via www.usps.com and have a guaranteed delivery date given at time of shipping (usually about 5 days).
